Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
