Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related course
  • At least 2 years HR experience in timekeeping and mandated benefits
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong coordination skills


Responsibilities

  • Handle employee timekeeping, attendance, overtime, undertime, and leave records
  • Monitor and process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR)
  • Ensure accurate submission and remittance of contributions and related reports
  • Prepare and submit required DOLE reports and compliance documents
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases
  • Ensureconfidentiality and accuracy of employee and government records
  • Prepare and process employee insurance enrollment, updates, and claims.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
