Position: Spanish HR Specialist

Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 78,000

Work Schedule: Night shift Schedule

Work Set-up: Work onsite

Languages: Spanish and English

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to Filipinos who are proficient in Spanish and English.
• Open for Senior High School or Undergraduate.
• Having 1-2 years experience in HR or Employee Relations.
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations preferably multinational setting.
• Solid knowledge in HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and on a night shift schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle onboarding and off-boarding in Spanish and English
• Implement and improve the company’s HR policies and plans, including training and development, performance evaluation, employee social security benefits, and other HR management tasks.
• Manage employee records and personnel information, and handle payroll and benefits calculations.
• Help with recruitment and candidate coordination
• Perform other daily HR-related tasks.
