Description

The HR Assistant in Recruitment supports the end-to-end hiring process at the satellite office by conducting initial interviews, administering assessments, and endorsing candidates for final interviews. They manage job postings, screen applicants, coordinate pre-employment requirements, and prepare job offers and contracts. The role also includes organizing recruitment events, handling reports and cash liquidations, and monitoring new hires, while addressing candidate queries and assisting with employee evaluations.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in recruitment
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping and must possess good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop and other recruitment tools
  • Self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision
