Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources specifically in Labor Relations is required.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Applications.
• Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills and decision making.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws (Labor Code) and employment regulations.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution, mediation, and investigation.
• Can start ASAP

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible in handling employee relations concerns, ensuring due process in line with company Code of Conduct and labor laws.
• Monitors and updates incident reports tracker
• In charge of evaluating documents and evidence for labor-related concerns and complaints
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints, and grievances in a timely manner
• Issuance of NTEs and disciplinary actions
• Plan, organize, and coordinate employee engagement activities and programs aligned with company culture and objectives.
• Supports recruitment and filling in some vacancies
• Other tasks may be assigned.
