Human Resources:

  • Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and attendance tracking.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and HR queries.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Administrative:

  • Manage office supplies and cleanliness.
  • Draft, file, and retrieve documents and correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and support events.
  • Handle communication, travel bookings, and general coordination.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR or admin support roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office; basic HRIS/payroll knowledge; strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, discreet, and proactive team player.
