We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-driven Human Resource Specialist to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing both the analytical and human sides of HR — managing compensation and benefits, handling end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage sourcing, screening, and recruitment for various company roles.
• Conduct regular payroll reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Support management with HR reports, compliance documentation, and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and labor regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR systems, spreadsheets, and documentation.
