Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from manpower requests to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
  • Schedule interviews and assessments with hiring managers and applicants
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and applicant records
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as medical exams, background checks, and document submission
  • Assist in job posting preparation and employer branding initiatives
  • Communicate application status updates to candidates in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures, and labor regulations
  • Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics (time-to-hire, applicant flow, etc.)
  • Support onboarding activities, including job offers, orientation schedules, and employee files
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (agencies, schools, job fairs)


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, hiring practices, and labor laws
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple hiring requests
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Willingness to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines
  • Experience in manpower agency, volume hiring, or field recruitment is an advantage
