REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any Business-related course.
  • Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR role is preferred, but Fresh Graduates with relevant OJT experience are encouraged to apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Human Resources Assistant provides support for the HR Department such as but not limited to managing administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and on-boarding process, maintaining employee databases, assisting with timekeeping management, training programs, employee discipline, and responding to employee inquiries.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Maintain and update employee records and materialists to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assist in preparing documentation and forms.
  • Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including preparation of contracts, orientation materials, and clearance.
  • Monitor and record employee attendance and leave using the Lark system and manual timekeeping when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation, validation, and submission of attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Support the HR team in payroll preparation and ensure proper application of compensation and benefits policies.
  • Assist in the administration of government-mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-provided benefits.
  • Help track and facilitate performance evaluations.
  • Draft, send, and monitor Notices to Explain (NTEs), disciplinary memos, and other official HR communications.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for compliance and internal use.
  • Participate in organizing internal HR activities such as training, events and employee engagement programs.
  • Address basic employee concerns regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
