Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting jobs and screening resumes.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Help resolve employee inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, talent management, and recruiting.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in employee training, manage compensation reviews, and support HR initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during peak hiring seasons.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
