- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and databases.
- Support performance evaluation and training programs.
- Administer benefits and payroll-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills, excellent verbal and written communication, employee relations, payroll processing, talent management, compensation and benefits management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, support employee relations, manage payroll tasks, and contribute to talent management initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard hours with potential for occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
