Description

  • Assist in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Supports recruitment processes including scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment; standard working hours with occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and a team player.
