Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • WFH set up ready (has own laptop and internet)
  • Lives near JMALL SM CITY CEBU
  • HYBRID work arrangement


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job posting, interviewing, and candidate selection
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Manage employee records and update HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support HR projects as needed, including employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
