- Support recruitment processes by posting job ads and screening resumes.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills, effective communication, leadership development, and people management abilities.
