Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative work
• At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory role.
• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing industry.
• Willing to work fully on-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Process employment permits and visas for foreign employees
• Handle and control foreigner documentation, manage expat-related requirements, and arrange business trip
• Ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
• Arrange hotel accommodations and transportation for visitors.
• Assist and support internal departments with various administrative needs
• Oversee and maintain factory cleanliness
