Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and final selection of candidates.
- Support employee onboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company culture.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to foster compliance and promote best practices.
- Conduct performance management processes, including organizing reviews and facilitating feedback sessions between employees and supervisors.
- Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and personal development opportunities.
Requirements
- College Graduate, Psychology or any related course
- At least with 6months experience
- With a pleasing personality
- Good Communication Skills
- Polite, Hardworking, & Trustworthy
- Resident in Quezon City and San Juan City
