Description

  • Develop job descriptions and post job ads
  • Facilitate orientation sessions and onboarding processes..
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Foster a positive work culture and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role (varies by level).
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
