Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting jobs, screening candidates, managing interviews, assisting with hiring, and processing new hire paperwork (contracts, orientation).
  • Employee Relations: Addressing complaints, managing disciplinary actions, supporting welfare, promoting equality, health, and safety.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Ensuring correct payroll processing, administering benefits, and providing pay-related advice.
  • Training & Development: Planning and coordinating staff training programs and performance management systems.
  • HR Administration: Maintaining confidential employee records, updating HR systems, and generating reports.
  • Policy & Compliance: Implementing and enforcing company HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
