Job Description
- Assist in recruitment and selection, including posting job vacancies, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and process employment contracts, employee records, and documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee concerns and grievances in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and assist in performance appraisal activities.
- Maintain and update employee database and personnel files.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and occupational safety standards.
- Process timekeeping, leave records, and payroll support as needed.
- Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management.
- Support company activities related to employee engagement and welfare.
