- Manage full-cycle recruitment and staffing for retail stores and support teams
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and general HR support
- Assist in resolving workplace issues, including participation in disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure proper adherence to shift schedules
- Collaborate with payroll to validate timekeeping and attendance records
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal company standards
- Generate regular HR reports on attendance, turnover, staffing levels, and other relevant metrics
- Support training initiatives, benefits administration, and occasional audits at retail locations
- Partner with store management to promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the retail sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, including onsite support at retail locations
- Monday: Office-based reporting and audit prep at Head Office (Sta. Cruz, Manila)
- Tuesday to Saturday: Onsite audits and fieldwork as scheduled
