URGENT HIRING: HR Supervisor / HR Generalist (Experienced)

Location: Consolacion & Mandaue, Cebu

Company: Double C Supplies Trading OPC

Work Setup: Onsite (Store-Based)

Salary Range: ₱22,000 – ₱28,000/month (based on experience)

We need an HR who is ALREADY EXPERIENCED — someone who can FIX, ORGANIZE, and IMPROVE our store operations.

Dili ni siya position para tudloan pa.

We need someone who can LEAD, IMPLEMENT, and ADVISE management right away.


Qualifications (Strict Requirements):

  • Minimum 2–5 years HR experience in retail, F&B, or store operations
  • Strong background in discipline management, memos, and incident handling
  • Experienced in training sales staff, cashiers, helpers, and inventory roles
  • Knowledgeable in SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG processing & employee benefits
  • Strong experience in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and scheduling
  • Able to conduct loss/shortage investigations & enforce accountability
  • Can develop clear policies, reward systems, and SOPs
  • Assertive, organized, and comfortable handling difficult staff
  • Can work with minimal supervision and provide professional advice to management


Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Discipline

  • Enforce attendance, punctuality, and behavioral policies
  • Issue memos, incident reports, and disciplinary actions
  • Investigate shortages, loss reports, and operational violations
  • Conduct coaching sessions & staff evaluations

Hiring & Training

  • Full-cycle recruitment: screening → interview → onboarding
  • Create & implement training programs for all positions
  • Monitor trainee performance and recommend pass/fail decisions

Performance & Store Support

  • Develop KPIs, rewards, and benefit structures
  • Conduct daily/weekly performance checks
  • Implement systems to reduce mistakes, losses, and negligence
  • Improve staff efficiency and customer service

Government Benefits & Employee Records

  • Process and update SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
  • Handle employee files, contracts, and compliance paperwork
  • Coordinate benefits, salary adjustments, and clearances
