Description

We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager/Supervisor to oversee and manage the company’s human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR policies, leading recruitment efforts, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to foster a positive and productive workplace.

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Support department heads and team leaders in addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Oversee training, professional development, and career growth programs.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and termination processes with professionalism.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and systems with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, or CIPD is a plus).
  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role (Manager, Supervisor, or Senior HR Officer).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and HR management tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.

  • Recruitment & Staffing – skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • HRIS Management – proficiency in using HR information systems for employee data, reporting, and HR processes.

  • Talent Management – experience in succession planning, employee retention, and career development strategies.
  • Compensation & Benefits – knowledge of salary structures, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.

  • Leadership Development – experience in designing and implementing leadership training programs.
  • Performance Management – strong background in evaluation systems, appraisals, and KPI-based assessments.
  • Training & Development – ability to design and deliver learning programs to support employee growth.
  • Human Resource Planning – expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
