The HOTEL Human Resources Manager oversees all HR functions — including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping and payroll coordination, training, benefits administration, and compliance with Philippine labor laws. The Hotel HR Manager ensures a fair, motivated, and disciplined workplace aligned with the values of excellent service, professionalism, and service excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Oversee end-to-end hiring
• Ensure new hires complete all employment requirements and orientations.

2. Employee Relations & Discipline

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and investigations.
• Prepare notices (NTE, suspension, termination) in coordination with Managers.

3. Timekeeping & Payroll Coordination

• Validate attendance and leave records before endorsement to Finance.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE rules on pay and benefits.

4. Training & Development

• Coordinate staff training, appraisals, and performance coaching.
• Promote a positive and service-oriented work culture.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain updated 201 files, contracts, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regulations.

6. Health, Safety & Welfare

• Oversee employee benefits and welfare programs.
• Lead safety and wellness initiatives in coordination with other departments.

7. Management Support

• Advise Managers on manpower planning, HR policies, and employee morale.
• Participate in management meetings and support operational goals.
