• Minimum 3 years experience in labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• Experience working with unions preferred.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office.
