Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in manpower agency, volume hiring, or client-based recruitment is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in recruitment tools, ATS, job portals, and social media hiring
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance
• Analytical skills for recruitment metrics and reporting

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and client requirements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Lead, train, and supervise recruitment officers and recruiters
• Coordinate with clients, department heads, and account managers regarding manpower needs
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and fulfillment rates
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment standards
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Handle high-volume and urgent manpower requirements
• Prepare and submit recruitment reports and hiring forecasts to management
• Strengthen employer branding through job portals, social media, and recruitment campaigns
