- Plan, lead, and manage core HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business direction
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and promoting positive relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Organize employee events and programs that support morale, wellness, and productivity
- Manage clear and consistent internal communication across all departments
- Oversee the performance evaluation process and continuous improvement of HR systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
