Description
An HR Supervisor oversees daily human resources operations, guiding staff in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation to ensure compliance and support workforce development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Legal Management, Psychology, or any related field.
- With at least 2 years of work experience in Human Resource.
- Knowledgeable in all facets of HR.
- knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, dole guidlines, rules and regulations.
- Can handle and monitor administrative & HR concerns and inquiries.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila.
