Duties and Tasks

  • Job posting and sourcing of candidates through job boards, social media, etc.
  • Reviewing resumes, shortlist applicants and conduct initial interviews.
  • Schedule interview and coordinate with hiring managers, and assist in final selection.
  • Inform applicants about their status, negotiate job offers, and assist in the on boarding process.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in recruitment or HR (especially construction sector)
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Strong interviewing and candidates assessment skills
  • Good judgement and decision-making ability
  • Time management and multitasking
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Understanding of labor laws and company policies
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
