Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments and roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide hiring insights.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and uphold company culture throughout the recruitment process.
• Oversee recruitment reports, metrics, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and employer branding activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of solid recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Experience handling volume hiring is an advantage.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a recruitment team.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
