• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for marketing positions.

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, evaluations, and renewals.

• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.

• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

• Oversee timekeeping, attendance concerns, and related compliance.

• Coordinate training, development, and skills enhancement programs.

• Prepare HR reports, memos, and documentation required by management.

• Support manpower planning and deployment for marketing activities and field assignments.

• Coordinate with internal departments for operational HR requirements.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in the food industry or marketing-driven organizations.

• Strong background in recruitment and employee relations.

• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Proficient in MS Office and HR Information Systems.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati.
