US HR Operations Manager

Job Description
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other employee-related services to ensure they are accurate and timely.
- Supervise HR staff, set objectives, and evaluate their performance.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances.
- Manage and monitor internal HR systems, databases, and budgets.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports on HR costs and other data for management.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support and coordinate employee training and development programs.
