Job Description
- Supervise and support HR Staff in recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring an excellent candidate and new hire experience.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Oversee payroll and timekeeping processes in coordination with Accounting/Finance.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business goals.
- Administer the performance management system and provide guidance to department heads on employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company policies.
- Organize and execute employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives.
- Handles Labor and Employee cases
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and policy updates.
- Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna
- Other task that maybe assigned by the General Manager from time to time.
