What You’ll Do

  • Build from the Ground Up – Develop HR frameworks, policies, and systems from zero
  • Lead Talent Acquisition – Attract, onboard, and retain top talent for our scaling needs
  • Shape Workplace Culture – Foster engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Drive Performance – Implement appraisals, coaching, and goal-setting processes
  • Ensure Compliance – Keep us aligned with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Use Data for Impact – Monitor HR metrics and trends to guide strategy
  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits – Design, evaluate, and enhance salary structures, incentive programs, health benefits, and rewards to ensure we remain competitive and employee-focused


Work Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: 11F Central Bloc Corporate Center One, I. Villa St., Apas, Cebu City

Requirements

  • Experience – At least 5 years in HR leadership; BPO experience preferred
  • Bonus Points – Proven success in building a company’s HR function from scratch
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
  • Skills – Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Mindset – People-first leadership with a passion for creating thriving workplaces
  • Willing to work onsite at Cebu I.T Park
