- Compute employee wages, allowances, government contributions, and deductions accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly payroll summaries, payslips, and payroll reports for approval.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Process final pay, leave conversions, and other payroll adjustments.
- Maintain and update 201 files and employee records (contracts, IDs, performance reviews, etc.).
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding (clearances, contracts, government registration).
- Track employee leaves, absences, and overtime in coordination with department heads.
- Support recruitment logistics (posting, screening, scheduling interviews, collecting pre-employment requirements.
- College Graduate preferably in a relevant field like Human Resources, Business administration or Psychology.
- With experience as HR. admin/ payroll officer
- Strong Communication , Interpersonal and organizational Skills.
- Excellent in written and verbal Communication
- Must be Computer literate.
- Capable of handling Multi tasks at once and completing them simultaneously
