  • Oversee the HR department operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage employee relations and address employee concerns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs in accordance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective HRIS systems for record-keeping and reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, employee relations, payroll, and compensation and benefits management
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Strong people management and process management capabilities
  • Additional Skills: Proven ability in talent acquisition and effective interpersonal skills
