HR Internship – 3 Months (Unpaid)

About the Internship

Springer Capital is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. This 3-month internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and daily HR activities.

Note: This is an unpaid internship. A completion certificate and recommendation letter will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new interns/employees.
  • Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation with accuracy.
  • Help create job descriptions, internship postings, and HR communication material.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for attendance tracking, task updates, and performance follow-ups.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and internal HR activities.
  • Support HR policies, compliance tasks, and general administrative duties.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, MS Office, and HR processes.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
