- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and payroll processing.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Process invoices and manage financial documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments for HR and accounting-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in HR or accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, support payroll processes, and handle basic accounting tasks.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment, standard work hours, with flexibility as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
