The HR/Admin. Supervisor shall support the manager on both HR and Admin. functions of the department. This includes administrative activities, employee support, and other related functions.


HR FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, such as documenting employee complaints or grievances, scheduling meetings with HR representatives, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
  • Responsible with employee benefits enrollment processes (i.e. SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth), including providing information to employees, processing benefit-related paperwork, and liaising with insurance providers.
  • Assist in the dissemination of HR policies, procedures, and regulatory updates to employees.


ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:

  • Assists on implementing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Responsible for documenting, maintaining, and compiling the company and its businesses on permits, clearances, certifications, and other local government requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Assists on implementing safety measures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the facility adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assists the manager on plant inspections to determine the need for repairs, renovations, and maintenance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Facilities Technology Management, or Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in both human resources, and administration, preferably with experience on compliance or regulatory affairs.
  • Has completed the government-mandated basic training on OSH is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, and processes related to business permits, certificates, and clearances.
  • Knowledge of government-mandated regulations, correspondences, and applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferably living within the vicinity or amenable to work in Valenzuela or relocate prior onboarding.
