Job Title: Private Villa Housekeeper / Caretaker

Reports To: Villa Owner / Household Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to manage the daily housekeeping and upkeep of a private villa. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-organized environment for the villa owner and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall cleanliness and orderliness of the villa, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Handle household chores such as laundry, ironing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and general tidying.
• Assist with meal preparation or simple cooking as needed.
• Ensure proper maintenance of household appliances and report any repairs needed.
• Manage household supplies and keep track of inventory.
• Water plants, care for small gardens, and ensure outdoor areas remain tidy.
• Assist in receiving guests and ensuring their comfort when visiting.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality regarding all household matters.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in housekeeping, villa care, or domestic service.
• Honest, dependable, and respectful of privacy.
• Ability to communicate in English or local dialects.
• Skilled in cleaning, laundry care, and household organization.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Live-in candidates must be comfortable residing within the villa premises.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Monthly Salary: PHP 20,000 – PHP 25,000
2. Live-in employees: Free lodging and meals provided
3. Statutory benefits in accordance with the Philippine Labor Code and Kasambahay Law (RA 10361)
4. Paid rest day per week (subject to work schedule)
5. ⁠Fixed-term contract (1 year), renewable based on performance and employer’s discretion

Other Terms:

• The employer reserves the right to reasonably adjust duties and work hours as needed.
• All employment terms shall comply with Philippine domestic worker regulations, including mandatory contributions and fair working conditions.
• Confidentiality regarding the employer’s property, guests, and personal affairs must be strictly observed.
