· General cleaning of all work areas and keeping it maintained and in good condition.

· Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.

· Perform minor repairs.

· Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.

· Collect and dispose of trash

· Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

· Other job responsibilities may include banking deposits and arranging company permits

· Perform messengerial/liaison tasks assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications:

· Highschool Graduate

· 2 years of relevant experience

· With previous experience in janitorial or utility work

· Responsible for maintaining a cleanly facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks

· Mechanical skills, light maintenance and repair besides cleaning duties

· Competent cleaning, trustworthy and reliable
