1: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core backend system of our high-performance, low-latency decentralized perpetual contract trading platform.

2: Deeply involved in the design and implementation of the trading matching engine, order management system, market data system, risk control, and clearing modules, ensuring high availability and scalability of the system.

3: Utilize Rust language for developing core business logic, striving for excellent system performance and stability.

4: Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, smart contract engineers, and the product team to drive product feature iterations and technical architecture upgrades.

5: Design and implement API interfaces with blockchain nodes, data services, and other third-party services (such as RESTful, gRPC, WebSocket).

6: Continuously conduct system performance analysis and optimization, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure the secure and stable operation of the platform.

7: Write high-quality, maintainable code, and produce clear technical design and implementation documentation.

1: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2: At least 3 years of experience in backend development, including practical design and development experience with core systems of order book exchanges (such as trading matching engines, order management systems, market data feeds, and risk control modules).

3: Proficient in Rust programming language, with extensive practical project experience, capable of building high-performance, high-concurrency backend services using Rust; familiar with asynchronous programming models (such as Tokio/Actix frameworks).

4: Deep understanding of the core mechanisms of message queues (e.g., message models, delivery guarantees, high throughput design, high availability strategies, message consistency, ordered messages, delayed messages, transactional messages, etc.).

5: Profound understanding of the design principles and practices of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

6: Familiarity with at least one relational database (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL) and one NoSQL database (such as Redis), with corresponding optimization experience.

7: Ability to read and understand Java and Golang code in order to comprehend and interface with existing system modules.

8: Familiar with Linux/Unix operating systems and network programming.

9: Excellent system analysis skills, problem identification and resolution abilities, as well as a strong capacity for quickly learning new technologies.

10: Outstanding remote communication and collaboration skills, with successful remote work experience, self-driven, highly responsible, and proficient in time management.

11: Good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading technical literature in English without barriers and engaging in technical discussions.
