Description

  • Answering and Directing Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and politely, identifying the hotel and yourself, and directing calls to the appropriate department, guest room, or staff member. 
  • Message Handling: Accurately take and deliver messages for guests and staff, ensuring they are received promptly. 
  • Wake-up Calls: Log wake-up call requests and ensure they are delivered on time. 
  • Hotel Information: Provide information about hotel services, facilities, amenities, and local attractions to guests. 
  • Paging: Provide paging services for guests and employees,
  • Switchboard Operation: Understand and operate the telephone switchboard or PBX system. 
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow established procedures for handling emergency calls and situations. 
  • System Monitoring: Monitor alarm systems and telephone equipment when maintenance is closed,

Requirements

  • Preferably with working experience in costumer service.
  • College Graduate with related courses.
