- Welcome guests and provide a friendly first impression.
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently.
- Handle reservations and manage guest inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with guest services and recommend local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in hospitality management or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greeting guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer support.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a hotel lobby, requires standing for extended periods, and working various shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, patience, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
