Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs.

Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or customer service role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and expertise in Customer Relationship Management.
