We're seeking a customer service for our travel account who can handle inquiries for reservations for hotel accommodations, manage account records, and among other tasks.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year In Hospitality industry (for travel account like Expedia, Traveloka, Klook and Hotel and with reservation experience)
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati and start immediately
  • Available for graveyard shift
