Job Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress, Server, or in a similar fast-paced Front-of-House (FOH) dining environment.
• Proven ability to deliver proactive and personalized customer service in a high-volume setting.
• Expert communication skills with fluent professional English (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve guest complaints and challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, specifically in order accuracy and environmental presentation.
