    • Requirements

  • * Proven experience in community development, conflict resolution, or peacebuilding.
  • * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • * Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
  • * Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse communities.
