Job Description
- Responsible for accurate transcription of medical records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records, review and edit medical documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation.
- Utilize electronic health record systems effectively.
- Review and edit documents for clarity and accuracy.
- Provide timely and efficient support to documentation processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related fields.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in healthcare documentation or medical transcription.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in medical terminology, strong attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
