Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Healthcare Account is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions related to healthcare services. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance coverage, medical claims, billing, appointments, and general healthcare support. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, empathy, and a good understanding of healthcare terminology and processes.
- High School or SHS graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Healthcare account BPO experience is an advantage
- Can communicate in English
