- Takes vital signs, medical history, digital signatures, and records results in the Patient Database.
- Assists as triage nurse, queuing patients for testing units to ensure efficient PEME flow.
- Ensures completeness of PEME forms and forwards to the Documentation Unit for medical certificate processing.
- Monitors and updates daily inventory of supplies used by PE Doctors.
- Tracks PE Doctors’ attendance, shifts, and leave; coordinates with operations for scheduling.
- Prepares examining rooms with required forms and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
- Submits monthly census reports to the Medical Operations Director.
